To create a powerful Chuck 70’s moment that quietly displays the Off-White collab in a non-hierarchical way, the design evolves and warps a modular grid system that’s easily expandable.

A stacking of trapezoidal module frames each pair of Chuck 70’s through a checkerboard pattern. The slight fold on the outer convex side creates a subtle rippled effect that gives nods to the Off-White stripes.

Contrasting with the exterior facing side, the interior creates a burst of color (matching the color of the sole). The subtle dimensioning created by the facet on the outside is flattened to a singular color, becoming a graphic backdrop, resulting in an engaging experience.
